A PROVISIONAL BALLOT, WHICH IS A HANDWRITTEN BALLOT.  YOU CAN VOTE IN 

PERSON OR, EVERYONE WILL BE RECEIVING A BALLOT IN THE MAIL THAT YOU

CAN MAIL BACK, DROP OFF AT THE POLLING PLACE OR YOU CAN DROP OFF AT TOWN HALL.  

THERE IS A BOX LOCATED IN THE BACK OF TOWN HALL BY THE POLICE ENTRANCE.  WHEN

YOU RECIEVE YOUR SAMPLE BALLOT IN THE MAIL, YOUR LOCATION TO VOTE WILL BE 

LISTED ON THERE.
