THREE WAYS TO AVOID COVID-19 VACCINE SCAMS

While vaccination details are getting worked out, here's what you can be sure of:

* You can't pay to put you name on a list to get the vaccine.  That's a scam.

*You can't  pay to get early access to the vaccine.  That's a scam.

* Nobody legit will call about the vaccine and ask for your Social Security, bank account, or a credit card number.  That's a scam.

Ignore any vaccine offers that say different, or ask for personal or financial information.

Learn more at:

 Bicycle Safety

When riding your bike in the community, please be aware of those around you.  Many of our residents enjoy walking and

there have been reports to the H.O.A. Office that cyclists riding on the sidewalk have nearly collided with them.

We ask that everyone be courteous and safety conscious. Bicycling in New Jersey is regulated under Title 39 of the

Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations laws.  For more New Jersey laws on bicycling,

please visit NJ DOT's Bicycling Regulations page.

***************

IMPORTANT REMINDER

THE ROADS THROUGHOUT OUR COMMUNITY ARE MUNICIPAL ROADS

AND HAVE A POSTED SPEED LIMIT OF 30 MPH

The HOA office has been receiving an increased number of complaints about vehicles

that are speeding.  Please drive with care.  We have many residents who enjoy walking

and many who are out and about with their dogs.

Speeding endangers everyone on the road.  We all know the frustrations of modern

life and juggling a busy schedule, but speed limits are put in place to protect everyone
