* There are 63 acres of lawn to be cut. Grass is to be cut at a height of from 2 1/2" to 3" in the spring and between
3" and 3 1/2" in the warmer weather.
* Mowings are to be done on weekdays & Saturdays only as weather permits. The lawns are cut utilizing mulching mowers.
It is understood that excessive drought and/or precipitation may alter the weekly schedule
*All sidewalks, curb lines, etc. will be mechanically edged every other cut
* All grass/weeds between sidewalk joints, driveway aprons & curb lines will be treated with pre & post emergent
& mechanically removed when necessary

Bicycle Safety
When riding your bike in the community, please be aware of those around you. Many of our residents enjoy walking and
there have been reports to the H.O.A. Office that cyclists riding on the sidewalk have nearly collided with them.
We ask that everyone be courteous and safety conscious. Bicycling in New Jersey is regulated under Title 39 of the
Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations laws. For more New Jersey laws on bicycling,
