a few moments to become a registered user and you will have the ability to report
potholes, road flooding, litter, suspected code violations and more as well as
to request services. The E-Service Portal is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year meaning

E MAIL ADDRESSES
As an additional way to reach out to our residents we are asking for everyone to provide
the H.O.A. Office with an email address. Please call so that we may update your file
When riding your bike in the community, please be aware of those around you. Many of our residents enjoy walking and
there have been reports to the H.O.A. Office that cyclists riding on the sidewalk have nearly collided with them.
We ask that everyone be courteous and safety conscious. Bicycling in New Jersey is regulated under Title 39 of the
Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations laws. For more New Jersey laws on bicycling,
please visit NJ DOT's Bicycling Regulations page.
THE ROADS THROUGHOUT OUR COMMUNITY ARE MUNICIPAL ROADS
AND HAVE A POSTED SPEED LIMIT OF 30 MPH
The HOA office has been receiving an increased number of complaints about vehicles
that are speeding. Please drive with care. We have many residents who enjoy walking
and many who are out and about with their dogs.
Speeding endangers everyone on the road. We all know the frustrations of modern
life and juggling a busy schedule, but speed limits are put in place to protect everyone
